Our tamper resistant prescription pads are customized for your clinic, and ensure accuracy and security. Face of document has blue pantograph background. Hidden security "VOID" appears when photocopied. 100 sheets/pad - 5 pads/pack (500 Prescriptions total) $55/pack. Discounts for 2 and 3 or more packs.

Ask us about additional features available for your Rx Pads, including 2-part duplicate or sequential numbering.  Also, revisions to the layout may be subject to a one-time custom set-up fee.
